Since the founding of The Accidental Lawyer in 1986, our practice has been devoted to obtaining compensation for victims of accidents, injuries of all kinds, and wrongful death. 

Our successes for our clients have been successes for us, too.  From our humble beginnings, we have expanded to two lawyers plus a staff of four, and have bought our own office building.

All of our cases are handled on a “contingent fee” basis; that is, we charge fees only when we obtain compensation for our clients.

We handle cases from all over the State of California.

We provide validated free parking for our clients at our office.

In appropriate circumstances, we can make hospital or home visits to our clients or prospective clients.

Most of us at the firm are fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, and we have successfully helped many clients from the diverse ethnic communities of the Bay Area.
